They always ship their items quickly and the products keep good standards. The customer service is good. One year before, I bought a motherboard-processer combo from snapdeal and I had to return it since I repaired my computer from a local service center. I contacted the courier and they collected it and I got my refund within 2 weeks. It was quite easy. So the customer service of snapdeal is good. The delivery time is usually less than its rivals, especially to rural areas. The site is very user friendly. Sorting of products is much easier than that of amazon or flipkart.The only drawback is it does not have a vast selection of products. So snapdeal is a reliable online shopping site. I will definitely recommend it.
