Poor Customer Service And Harassment!

I have ordered almost Rs 50k worth of products from Snapdeal, I Bought a Nexus 5 a projector and ordered a Micromax Unite 2 from them recently which I was planning to gift to my mom.


Expected delivery date for my Unite 29th of sep but after my countless e-mails and phone calls to theirs courier service providers(which they didn’t answer) and my request to deliver it ASAP as it was a gift, they haven’t delivered it yet(2nd oct).


On top of that their courier guy called me on 1st of oct at 12:30 asked me to pick my parcel up, instead I asked him to deliver it at my home as I was not able to pick the parcel up.


What he did is that he didn’t delivered the parcel and went home without saying anything, I was waiting for the package but it didn’t show up.


I tried calling the guy, his phone was switched off then I called courier service they didn’t answer my call.It was a really bad experience for me, so I would suggest every buyer to think twice before ordering from Snapdeal.com


My order no is 2922255152 and It’s a Micromax Unite 2.
