I ordered IFB 20L 20PG4S Grill Microwave oven on 26th June 17 which was a gift for my cousins wedding on 1st July.
What I received on the 28th June 17 was a used bad quality non working IFB microwave which is not even same as shown on the snapdeal app.
So, I immediately complained on the 28th June 17 as it was a useless microwave oven I had received.
After repeated calls and emails I got an email that return pick up was arranged with a deadline of 2nd July but till now no one has come for its pick up!
I am really harassed as even after so many calls and emails the product is not picked up yet.
They are pressurising me for replacement when I have already told them that it was meant to be gifted and now I no longer require it as the marriage is already over.
I had to gift cash to my cousin as at the last moment it was really difficult to go and purchase some other gift.
This is really pathetic harassment that is not at all expected. Please dont purchase any product from them.
If still they dont compensate me for all this harassment along with full refund of my money, I will be forced to contact the consumer forum and lodge my complaint!
