Pathetic service... bloody thieves

I ordered a headset on 8th of aug 2014 formy birthday on 11aug.  Neither I recieved my order nor my money has been refunded. Its been a month since I ordered. I have been calling them everyday and I am being said we apologise and yourmoney will be refunded asap. Bloody thieves. Pathetic experience. I am going to consumer court for this for sure.
