Snap deal may be good but the customer care services not only bad its worst. They are by idiots. They deducted Rs. 300 from sd account 2 months ago, and I registered complaints 100 of times but they didn’t solve my issue in 2 months.
They are cheap and liar. I registered my complaints by mail some times by call and everytime i waste my balance 10-15 rs per call. Customer care number should be toll free like flipkart & amazon. Snap deal never call back but filpkart and amazon do. Snap deal’s customer care services are lazy and never report our problems to higher level if they can’t solve our issue.
