On 22 July I ordered 5 products from snap deal and one the product is a running shoe for my wife, which they didnt handover to the courier till today, and today morning I called their customer care and gave a complain and just now at 15:07:2015 23:19 I got a mail that due to out of stock the order has been cancelled but when I checked their website the product is available and when I called their customer care they just told me that we are sorry for the inconvenience, I just want to ask some question to Snapdeal.
if the product is out of stock then how you are selling it?
When a seller add a listing doesnt he add the total no of products he has.
Dont you have a automation system to check if the no of orders you have received is less or equal to the no of products which the seller as added at the time of the listing by which if a the seller has added 10 items and if you already got the 10 orders of the product then it should show out of stock or if sometime in between making the payment if someone else also ordered and the stock has been ended then the new ordered should automatically cancelled.
I think you have all the facilities but still you are lying that the we are unable to send this product because the product is out of stock.
