L have had very bad experience with snapdeal in terms of long delivery times and lack of response from online customer service. I had ordered item on 3 March which was not delivered until 3 April. In spite of sending several emails no response from customer service.
Just kept on delaying the shipping date and sat on the money for the order for more than a month. Inspite of sending several emails for cancellation no reply. Similar situation happened on another order.
I would not recommend purchasing from this site due to the mental hassles.
