When I posted the below comments, I got an corporate response asking me to submit the Order ID and a BIG promise to help with this. Today is the third day and I am yet to get any help from them.
Also, if you all have notices, all their response is just a copy and paste text.
Once again, I warn all the Online Shoppers.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM SNAPDEAL.COM.
I am looking for forming an group where we can bring their activities to the notice of Information & Broadcasting Ministry. However, I am planning to write an mail to them sighting the reasons and the way they have been using my money.

Twice I had a very very bad experience with Snapdeal. First, the item status shows that it is available. You place the order. Your money is immediately credited from your credit card account. Post 10 - 15 days of making the payment, they cancel the order sighting the reasons that they have an issue with the dealers and cannot deliver the product. Then it takes another 10 - 15 days to get the refund.
I am sure that they are running a racket of taking money from the Shoppers, rotate the money in the market, earn interest. In all they are using our money to earn interest for around 1 month and then cancel the order. I guess this is how they are surviving and they know that none of us would take it seriously. I am planning to put this case with Consumer Forum and take a strict action against them.
Compare to the Snapdeal.com, I would prefer you all use the Smartshoppers.in. They were able to deliver the products which were cancelled by Snapdeal.com and that too withing 3 working days.
