SnapDeal A website which attracts customers by displaying very good offers on some of their products but once you buy it, instead of the delivery confirmation you will most probably get a regret mail from them saying they are extremely sorry but they have to cancel the order due to some specific reason which varies every time.
In my case before placing the order I did confirmation call at snapdeal and they told me that the offer is very genuine and you can order it and now they are saying their was some technical error in the site.
Now how it makes any sense when the customer care is confirming the deal and later they are denying it!
Feels like these people were drunk either that time or now -_-
And the funny part is they see nothing wrong in it and more if you try to argue this is the response you most likely will get:
Snapdeal reserves the right, at Snapdeal’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
If some one needs any product urgently kindly do not go for snapdeal otherwise after few days when you will be expecting the product your expectations might end by receiving an cancellation mail.
Just Imagine how it feels to experience something like this.
Whatever happened to me I just don’t want anyone else to experience this, in place of Snapdeal go for Flipkart and Ebay!
Those people are amazing when it comes to online shopping and even the customer support.!
This was my First experience with Snapdeal and will make sure its my last.
