Snapdeal sucks. Toshiba Rocks.-

I bought this TV from Snapdeal. It was delivered in just 3 days(Delhi)-excellent. But here comes the dark side of this story-it was dead on arrival-not working.


I called the Snapdeal CC, they registered my complaint and promised to call me back in 24-48 hrs-which is ridiculous-what it takes 2 days to call a poor harassed customer. Nobody called me from SD, I was doing all the hard work.


I didn’t receive any follow-up call from Snapdeal- they sent me an email saying that I need to call brand customer care Toshiba. I called Toshiba CC at about 1000 hrs and in couple of hour they sent their Service engineer to see my problem, the engineer said that this TV is dead but don’t worry since your TV  has 3 year warranty we’ll change your TV in 4-5 days for free of cost and guess what I got my TV today.


I don’t care what people say Toshiba is the best. Snapdeal needs to improve their CC service. I am happy with Snapdeal, they were ok but not good. I feel like cheated from Snapdeal’s part.
