Snap deal is not good website to others so much websites are there like flipkart, ebay, and more website is there but snap deal is very bad website because of I bought an laptop from snapdeal. Therew as no confirmation call. Delivery was delayed.
No response. No technician visit for installation.No cx service number mentioned for any query on the invoice. No confirmation call after delivery and the product of course was not upto the mark. We felt very disappointed with the purchase and will not recommend the site to anybody. There are no number of such cases when I discussed this in my friend circle everyone had the same story . In clothing line either the size is bigger or smaller but they will never send the correct size. I am regular on online shopping but everywhere they try to make customer’s happy but snapdeal noways and also to add to this they have only a week return policy which is pathetic because thgey delivered the product after a week of purchase so again this is really shameful in today’s era where customer service matters a lot. They would not let you open the product before payment. This is something they seriously needs to check. thatswhy I am not shopping here again.
