I ordered A product(universal mobile holder)which shown in the site it took 10 days to deliver. and finally received but its different than what I have ordered and broken cheap product.
I escalated to the concern team and I made a complaint lot of calls here n there on this(wasted possible 100 bucks on call) FINALLY they gave me snap deal cash to order different product(it took 25 days). well lets forgive em, some time Sh#t happens you know.
Okay, Again hoping I may receive right product, I ordered one more mobile holder pricing even more.
now I got delivery today, opening the package hoping what ever I ordered is the same thing, Guess what. NOW I RECEIVED AGAIN CHEAP BROKEN OLD PRODUCT.
when I made a call and explained the issue to them they said again I have to wait and they will refund money by following the company procedures(now have to see how many days they are going to take).
BUDDY Snap Deal, why dont you send the products which u shown in the website. we are paying full money and receiving wrong and cheap product!?

I just questioned them on the call, what if I order one more new product, will you able to deliver right product? how much I can rely on your products?
this is lovely! They amazingly said that "I might receive right product, they are not sure on it! do we have to put faith on Snap deal. NO MORE.
