Few months back I wanted new headfones and I had read good reviews about snapdeal. So I ordered JBL headfones from snap deal. This was the first time I ordered from snap deal. Usually I prefer flipkart over other online shopping options. The headfones which I received did not seem to be original JBL headfones and I did not like it.
So I returned the headfones. Instead of returning me cash in my account. They credited it to my SD cash. SD cash is snap deal cash which you can use to shop from snap deal.
Then later this weekend they had some discount offers going on for different products. So in order to use my SD cash I tried ordering a Loreal Shampoo and conditioner pack on which there was a discount of 200Rs. I added it to my cart and whille checking out they asked for the address to deliver the product. I tried entering 3-4 addresses in mumbai location, but they showed the error that they cant deliver the product to the specified address. I mean if u cant deliver it to metro cities then whats the point. Or I feel its just a way of fooling people and showing that they have discounts but they actually don’t offer any discounts when the customer actually tries to buy anything.
First experience itself was quite bad. So I would not recommend snap deal to anyone.
