Horrible experience with Snap Deal. Ordered Sony Xav Music Player on 11th of November and my delivery date was set as 18th Nov.  Order no: 3538778425


The product was not delivered on 18th and when I tried to contact Courier Tracking number, I was surprised the number didn’t not even exist and the Courtier tracking link shows Bad URL. I could not find the courier name in Google even. The courier name was Ewings.


I called Snapdeal multiple times and they gave me 3 numbers to track my courier and all 3 were wrong.


I waited till 24th which was my new delivery date and the product was still not delivered and I called them to cancel my order and its has been 28th and they are still cancelling it.


Fedup with the service, customer care people are helpless. My money 15k is stuck and Snapdeal does not seem to bother about customer service.Mark my words - Snapdeal.com will be shutdown by 2017 if they dont improve delivery standards.
