I had ordered (5806838379)two ink bottles on 15.04.15. Items were shipped . However, it was informed by Blue dart that they got damaged . This happened on 24.04.15. I reported the issues to snapdeal team through website, mail, telephonic-ally they registered case numbers etc. etc. I am writing this mail to alert the users about the issue.
As this can happen to any one and getting back is very much important when products are not delivered / damaged in transit. I am sure that snapdeal is yet to put in place proper mechanism . I deeply regret the way they handle such issues.
