Snapdeal.com not soo good

I bought a mobile from snapdeal 15 days ago after the 10 days from my order they deliverd the product which are unsealed.I complaint to the deliby boy about that yes I knew the answer "we can’t take it back sir you gave to follow the return processes" after that a requested for the return but now it’s 5 day’s when added the return request but no response from them TOTALLY DISCUSTING
