Hi, every one six month ago I placed an order for mobile on snapdeal website It was my younger brothers birthday on 26th June, So I placed an Order before 16 days and as per Snapdeal website I was suppose to get my phone within 4-5 Working days. It means till 15th of June, but I didnt get my product till 15th So I called to their customer care one Snapdeal agent told me that sorry sir with 24 to 48 hours you will your product at your door step. I said ok again I got to know that on 17th june I am not getting my product today, then I waited two more days, still I didnt get my product then again I called to customer care then again their executive told me that sorry of inconvenience we will deliver your product within 72 hours for sure, Again I waited for the same time but again I did not get my product finally I called to customer care again and they replied me as usual 2 more days or 3 more days, then I asked their executive to transfer my call to their senior and he said for with 2 days you will get your product at your door step I told him that on 26th I have to gift that to my brother it his birthday, He assured me that 100% you will receive your product sir but and again they did same thing and told me that we asked our courier person to deliver but as per courier person you were not at your home to receive that product he told me that my house was locked so we couldnt deliver your product and it was totally wrong information by courier person every time one of my family member available at my home but they couldnt deliver my product It was really painful at that time bcos it was my brothers birthday but just bcos of pathetic service of Snapdeal I couldnt make my brother feel good,
