I bought some products from snapdeal on a 50% discount deal. I received 2 damaged products. I tried contacting them through their contact us page and launched a complaint through their procedure. as I uploaded an image of the broken item on the paged and clicked submit it kept loading to a server error page. By luck when I got a green highlighted text saying " we have received your msg" type message I took it for granted that my complaint has been registered.
As I didnt get any response I called them a week later, they tell me they havent received any complaint and asked me to email them details again. once I emailed, I get a call saying the complaint comes with a delay and they cant do anything about it.
with all their server time out website errors it really becomes difficult to contact them and launch a complaint.
they definitively need to work on their website and customer service to retain their customers!
