I have been using eCommerce sites for most of my purchases from past 2 years, as its bit convenient & saves time.
However, there are only few sites which actually save you some time & money and SNAPDEAL is not one of it. Their customer support is pathetic, logistics partners are careless and come up with innovative ways to delay the shipments.
Returns process is even more excruciating experience. They do offer discounts which is bit cheaper compared to other competitors, but you end up wasting your time following up with customer support & logistics partners.
Please do not try this site as you may get lucky 2 or 3 times, but you will regret registering and buying from them within 4-5 attempts.
