I bought a Samsung Galaxy note Order ID: 225952482, and paid thru credit card on 19th Nov. The purchase confirmation showed that the phone will be delivered by 5-6 days. But even after the 6th day, nothing got delivered.
I live in Delhi-NCR(Noida), and if they cannot deliver in Delhi-NCR. I also called them up to cancel the order, since the delivery time is not met. And I got a ticket id of 8843, where the request of cancellation is been given. But till now, there is no confirmation of the same. This is really frustrating that Snapdeal do not care or update status even after so many days of taking the money.
