I have spoken to lot of friend’s about this delivery issues of Snap Deal its true and a very big issue which snapdeal ignores every time. Order Number 2925856087 Date of delivery was 3rd OCT and product arrived at Bangalore which could have been delivered, I wasted a lot of call’s and time on them and they have not bothered every single time. They will randomly cancel your orders and say some bullshit. we dont deliver to that place or we dont have the product in stock. why do you take order’s.? GATI courier know to be worst they are with Snapdeal both go well though. how can forget the IVR you are on hold for 15min you are caller number 150 and when you finally reach them they say sorry sir our servers are down why dont you call us back. ARE YOU SERIOUS WHY CAN YOUR IVR SAY THAT BEFORE I WASTE MY TIME ON YOU. DOT GET FOOLED AWAY WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK WE ARE SORRY IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN INSTEAD THEY BUY TIME FOR FOOL AROUND. I am still waiting for the product to arrive thanks to CRAPDEAL
