I purchased an item with order # 430107792 today(15-03-2012) morning, I decided to cancel the order.

I have called the customer support to cancel the order reply I get is if someone has paid the amount for an order it will not be refunded which is really stupid.

Every e commerce company cancels the orders and refunds the amount but snapdeal doesn’t which is strange.

I sincerely recommend not to buy from this website if you want to buy something select cash on delivery they will be loosers if you want to cancel.

I am filing a case on them to bring these cheaters to the public.
