I had initially ordered a Vega helmet in snapdeal an year back and I was satisfied with the product and delivery. Later, I had to buy another helmet and remembering the good service, I came back to snapdeal but what I faced were blow after blow after blow.
Ordered a Vega Boolean helmet which came 10 days after I ordered. 10 days! Disappointingly late delivery.
After opening the package I found that there are broken pieces lying around.(Vegas build quality sucks. I am going to go with Studds)
When I requested for a return, they asked me to send snaps of the damaged product and on accepting the damage, they asked to package the product just like it came.
This is some seriously bad returns arrangement. When I had to return a product I bought through Myntra a few months back, I had to do nothing other than request for it online. The guy came, verified the product and I got the refund a couple of days later.
- They have arranged for some Ecomm courier partner to pick up the product and they are yet to come. I have called snapdeal twice -once last week thursday and once today-and both the times, I was informed that they have escalated it but no use.
Its been about a month since I ordered the helmet and Im still struggling to return the crap that I received and get back my money. Horrible horrible experience.
Dont go with snapdeal.com. Ever.
