I have placed an order with snapdeal on 10th of October 2014 order no. 3130428978, which contained 2 products which were shipped on 12th October.
I have received one of the products on time but the second product did not get delivered.
I have contacted the customer care min. 20 times, no one bothered to resolve my query. it was assured that my product will be delivered by 31st October 2014, but nothing happened. ultimately I called up customer care to cancel the order and refund my money, which is also pending from snapdeal and no one is listening to my complaints.
Very disappointed by snapdeal’s performance, poor customer care and pathetiics services.
will never buy again from snapdeal.com.
