I ordered a vaccum cleaner and the product was defected.
When I called the call center will they give me a replacement the agent Ronak said yes and when I asked him put me an email stating the same he said as even the company CEO can’t put an an mail for the same.
They say if the price on the website increases we won’t give you the product. is it my mistake that the product is damaged. Snapdeal I s the worst place to shop.
Friends please make that you don’t shop from a company where they don’t respect their customers.
