ORDER # 13005074679 LG20M37H MONITOR with HDMI port.
I had recently switched from the other famous online portal( Largest river) to this useless site. I first ordered an AC and they kept me calling for installation for more than a week.
I thought it happens now and than with any other site too.
So I ordered a LED Monitor with HDMI port . It was cash on delivery I got a completely different Monitor without HDMI than after several talks with CS I had to sent by courier back .They said they don’t have pick up; never mind I sent the monitor back.
They sent a new monitor which is also not the one ordered. I had to to send it back again and I am waiting for a refund.
They are bunch of Morons they don know what they are sending or what for the return was.
They are never going to improve. They are the worst platform if you want’disappointment "then you can order from them.
They are the only site where you have to spend to make a call to customer service. NO TOLL FREE NUMBER.
THEY WILL MAKE ANY ONE SNAP! THEY ARE ALL MORONS, NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
