Bad Site Sala

We ordered SONY TV and received duplicate TV that too of a different brand without remote and power cable. We have been following up with snapdeal from many days but they have completely refused to process return or refund.


I sent email to CEO but that did not get any response. Everytime they call and tell that they have sent correct product and that they did not find anything in their internal investigation.


There are numerous such instances which you can find on their twitter handle. They are just fooling customers. It is best not to buy anything from snapdeal.
