Snapdeal gave me the worst experience of any e-commerce company. I have ordered a Tata Sky set top box remote. The order was placed on 29th of July 2020. They booked the order. Initially showed that the status as packed and shipped. This was till 30th July 2020. Post that there is no update. I have followed up 7 to 8 times till now. They send mails of apology for delay but they never commit any concrete date for delivery. I wrote to their CEO. But it seems that my complaint has fallen on the deaf ears. It is annoying and I feel that unnecessarily I have wasted my considerable time on following up of the order. Pathetic company. They dont care for delivery. They are happy to accept your payment but not happy to deliver the product. It is not the question of order value, but commitment by the company. ISnapdeal is extremely unprofessional in dealing with customer orders. You can not really rely on them. There are many options in the market.
