One of the Worst Customer Service

Ordered a product in Feb and got the product after 2 weeks. The product was damaged and there where some manufacturing defects as well. They send the box to send the product back after a month and after that they dont have any updates about the product or dont know as what should be done next.


Customer service people always keep promising that they will call back but never do. Its always the customer who have to call them back. Its like I dont have a product and the money.


I would suggest never buy anything from Snapdeal.
