Snapdeal is biggest cheater they are totally unprofessional. They take orders but don’t deliver. Snapdeal is the worst e-commerce portal when it comes to shipping and delivery. I have ordered a Casio Edifice Chronograph EFR-533BK-8AVUDF (EX 143) Men’s Watch order number - 1949219683 they kept me waiting for more than 20 days, but the product has not been delivered in a place like Mumbai.
Even their Courier tracking website shows No Service Zone, When contacted to support they assured that it will be delivered by 23 Apr, but Instead of product I got order cancellation mail.
When contacted again they told that product is returned back by courier company we are cancelling this order, Place the order again.
When I checked for the same product was not available for re-order.
This is not happening first time even previously they had cancelled Sennheiser PX 90 order no 1826561518.
Would like to advise people to stay away from such low price and unreliable players they don’t keep their promise.
