I bought an Elgi Ultra Dura+ grinder from snap deal. I received the delivery with a worn out box. When asked, it was told that the box was damaged in the transit and that it is a fresh piece. But the serial no. on the grinder and the serial no. on the box are totally different and from different batch. I filed for a replacement request and was asked to send the images. I have already sent the images 7 times(showing the torm box, torn thermocols inside, the difference in serial no.); Even now, the snapdeal replies back asking for images. What else proof do they want. They have sent me a display piece packed in a different cover and they are not ready to accept it.
For the small discount they have given, I have spent more time, energy and money on repeated phone calls to the customer care.
Very pathetic service!
This is the first and last time, I will be buying from snapdeal.
