Everything is perfect.packaging, service, price delivery time but the returning process sxxxx.u can’t return the product if u personally don’t like that.there should be any fault in the product to return. So research a lot before purchasing any electronic item. .it can’t be returned at ur demand.ntw price are reasonable and better than flipkart. I have ordered Senheiser cx 180 on 1dec, it has been delivered almost in two days.
I had some about its authenticity so I requested to return, they said we want written information from the Senheiser that is not possible without sending the headphone to gurgaon.finally they said that if there is the importer’s name and address slip on that then its genuine. Now I m sure about its authenticity.
