Snapdeal hides negative review

I had made my first purchase in Snapdeal in september this year. I was very satisfied with the product quality and service and so posted a positive review about the product and seller, and within a few days the review appeared in Snapdeal website. On 1st October I made another order(order no.2979487841).Just after I made the order the seller increased the price of the product. From 1st October to 9th October the status of the order showed "under processing".


The particular size of the product I ordered showing in stock. On 10th a message was sent to my mobile that my order was cancelled. No further  communication was made or reason for cancellation provided. Obviously on 10th itself Snapdeal returned my money. I was out of station then and after returning home posted a review in Snapdeal website. In my review I described the whole incident and commented " Thumbs down to both seller and Snapdeal".


I held Snapdeal responsible for allowing the seller to do such thing and so made such comment. It is more than 10 days since I posted my review. Still my review has not appeared in Snapdeal. No reason was given for not publishing my review.
