I have ordered JBL earphone worth 1299 rupees on offer But what I got was really shocking. Delivery boy called me I went and took my product then after I came to my room excitedly , But when I plugged my earphone in my handset I was shocked , it was not working no sound nothing . I was in state of shock for 30 minutes then I tried calling to snap deal customer care but I was able to connect with them. then I called the delivery boy he said I don’t know first you complain then I will come and replace your product. I really tried hard to get connected with customer care service was failed every time . then I decided to never buy any product from snap deal . The earphone is still with me.
