Very poor customer service by snapdeal

I had placed an order of Oleva elegant pearl necklace with snapdeal with order ID (983824825) on the 9th of may. The tracking page initially showed that the product would be handed over to the courier by the 10th. I was happy to see the tracking ID on 10th when it showed that the product had been shipped and would reach me by 14th.


However, it kept on saying the  tracking ID would be activated in 12 hrs which never happened. I checked in the morning today and to my horror the tracking status had reverted back to what it was before the product was shipped. I sent a mail but there was no response. I tried their customer care number quite a few times since morning but there was no response.


I am living in Kharagpur, WB. I am a regular buyer at Flipkart.com and I must say they have really wonderful customer support and even send prompt replies to customer queries. Unfortunately they do not sell jewelries!! I want to know what is the status of my shipment and if at all it has been shipped. I had order it for a friend’s birthday tomorrow and I don’t think it will be delivered by then. I want an Immediate response
