I ordered a cook top on 29th June.. It all started with a pathetic Service by the courier who delivered the product late only on 4th July.. And When this was delivered one of the knob of the Cook top was broken.. I Immediately called Snapdeal and the answer I get from them is tat some expert team will call me in 48 hours..
Now this is a first timer... I have returned couple of products in The Past to flipkart and Myntra.com and always witnessed exemplified customer care, the executives spoke to me with great humility being accountable for my situation and solving it for me at the earliest.. However Snapdeal agent didnt bother to acknowledge the fact that they delivered my Mothers Birthday gift Faulty.. and instead wanted me to wait for 48 hours for some one to call me to get a status update...
Never ever buy products from snapdeal..
