Absolutely Horrible Service...Frauds

This has been my worst online experience so far. I had ordered 4 ACs worth 1.5L on 11th Oct, the delivery of which was suppose to be within 3 business days. I am shifting to a new house and hence could not afford delay in delivery. I received 1AC after a week’s time and now even after 12 days I have not received the other 3 ACs. I have been constantly calling the customer care which keeps on saying wait for another day.


Also it is ridiculous that Snapdeal does software upgradation during working hrs which is absolutely unprofessional for a brand like Snapdeal. Yesterday I called thrice the customer care and after waiting each time in queue for 15 mins they say "sorry we cannot help you because upgradation is going on. Snapdeal does not value customer’s time and patience.


Finally when I got connected they said that snapdeal has dispatched the products there is some issue with courier, Bluedart and asked me to co-ordinate with them. I called up the Bluedart executives and they say that they do not have any AC courier to deliver.


This indicates that the product has not even been dispatched which means Snapdeal is faking details on website that the product is dispatched.I further believe that Snapdeal intentionally delays the dispatch of the products from the dealers and makes money on the interest of the amount of purchased products and then fools customers by giving discounts from this interest
