Money not being refunded after repeated complaints

This is my first experience with SNAPDEAL and they have come across as a Scam. Incase the order is supplied then there may not be a problem, But the actual issue is how the company deals once an issue arises. I had placed an order and paid for it, which was cancelled by them saying item not in stock after 13 days. It has been more than a month and I have got no intimation of a refund let alone the refund itself.


Spoken to their helpline no many times and I have just been told lies by them every time regarding confirmation phone calls and emails for refund being sent in 48 hours whereas nothing has been received. So please be careful when you deal with Snapdeal and hope that your order gets through the first time. Some of the names you will come across on their helpline numbers who have been telling lies to me are Manish, Shiraz, Irom, Amit.
