I have ordered(order ID: 2869856389) a Sony headphone on 18-Sep and that was my worst choice ever. Now its 5th day and they only confirm that I will receive my order but not giving exact time. I tried flipkart, jabong and they are far better than Snapdeal in terms of customer interaction.
The mailed me last night that they will return my money in case of non delivery, Snapdeal experience is worst and I recommend to all that prefer any other e-portal. Govt. should made strict law for consumer protection.how anyone will cancel my order after receiving payment.
