Noo words to say positive.. worst experience

What a service it is I ordered Micromax mobile in this. And payed money in online. actually the product has to delivery in 24 hrs. I paid extra money for fast delivery. but it not delivered for one week. I called customer service center. just they are saying what is the status in there web site. but I can see that why I want to call them I don’t know. worst response. from I called many times. finel I said that I am failing case. then they got alert and informed the details of delivery person. they updated that they call me and I am not responding. but noo one called me.in one weak. after giving information. I went to delivery hub and I picked up my mobile. I paid extra money. and me only picked the product from hub and it also after one week. worest experience.   if I not paid money the delivery the product perfectly. but I paid money soo they are very irresponsible. Snapdeal better to change your delivery service ( #Express bees. )
