I have ordered Philips HD2647/20 Pop up Toaster via order no: 1153446038 and received it on 09.08.13 around 7:00 pm. You people are so careless to see that there is a dent on the top front of the product and you delivered it. This really shows the QC parameters your company is following, immediately I have informed the customer care team at 7.10pm 09.08.13 request no is 2812249, they told me to send the snaps which I did.
Now, the Dictatorship Part:
First, they told me there is no reverse pick up facility on which I am partially agreed with them as I have DELL products with me and I have got the service of reverse pick up on my location.
Secondly, They are asking me to send the product back and I have to pay the courier charges and they will refund in form of Snapdeal Voucher which I can use Online again to buy products from Snap Deal.
Pls Note ::: "To Pay Basis" service is available with every courier where good will be shipped from my end & receiver will pay the courier charges.
Hats off, to the attitude of the people who are running the company. First, your are not taking the responsibility of your blunders then you are forcing the customer to do it your way and throwing him to get into another LOOP with you.
I like to inform the MD, CEO who ever is running the company we order online to make our life simple and hassle free but due to your team negligence we have to face so much for small product like this.
I have spoken to customer care also but no proper resolution is received that why I am forced to write
