About 1 month ago I ordered a p.c game cricket 2011 cd from sanpdeal.and their delivery service is good they delivered me in about 4-5 days.bt when I opened the curier and look at cd there was a lot scratch in it.and then when I put it into my p.c cd drive.
It shows error means it cannot be read by cd drive.so then I call to snapdeal for replacement so they said that there is no any replacement for cds.they said that contact to the game providing company for replacement.and when I called him they said we r not responsible for that because u brought it from snapdel so they are responsible.so snapdeal didn’t replace my product and my money got waste.
