Snapdeal’s service is pathetic and worst. I will not be buying anymore from Snapdeal and will not recommend anyone to buy from them. First of all their delivery schedules are very slow. Flipkart is best. But I am facing problem coz I cancelled the delivery of the microwave after finding that it is not digital as mentioned in the snapdeal description.
Even after speaking to the courier service Gati for cancellation of item it was still delivered to me after 1 week of cancellation. So I returned the same but now after 1.5 months it is lying with Gati and Snapdeal is giving me excuse that they can’t do anything. I want my money back but they are not doing so. Even after everything is their internal matter. My order number was 1268330731.
