Have not received the product since last 2 weeks.

I have ordered(Order No:1473145130) some stuff from Snapdeal on 3rd Dec, which was supposed to reach me by 8th Dec. But it’s 19th and I have no clues where my product is.


I have been calling Snapdeal customer care multiple times and asked the status of product, they have a standard reply, kindly wait, our senior will call you back. Unfortunately, I have not received any call from them for last 2 weeks.


It simply indicates the following points:


1.They give a DAMN to customers.


2.Their customer care is just an eye wash, who would just listen to the issues reported but no one will help or try to fix it.


3.Never pay them in cash. Try to always Opt for COD(cash on delivery). If you pay them online, you’ll keep begging to cancel your order and refund the money.


4.They do not have any control over the courier company they select to deliver the products. I also tried to reach ECOM express, their most preferred courier partner to check the status of my delivery, but they never responded.


Hope this helps. I got trapped with them as I had paid the money in advance.
