Unfair business policies

UNFAIR BUSINESS POLICIES Sanpdeal using unfair business practice to cheat customer. It has a 7 days money back policy in case of product is not satisfactory. After 7 days no money will be refunded and they implemented same policy on manufacturing defect of product.


That is, if you find a manufacturing defect in product not assistance is given by snapdeal and buyer is sole responsible for replacing or repairing the product. And situation become more worse when buyer comes to know that the product he has bought from snapdeal has no service center in your city and additional expenses on courier has  to spent to get replacement or repair.


I buy a TP-LINK wifi moden model TD-W8951ND order no. 1193193082 dated August 17, 2013. On Aug 25, 2013 I found it has some problem with wifi link and I contact the snapdeal and share the manufacturing defect of product, they simply refuse to give any assistance in this regards and told me that, I was late because snapdeal did not entertain any complaint after 7 days of sale. And with in 10 days I spent Rs 250/- as courier charges to get my replacement from TP-Link, Mumbai and able to use the product after one month from the date of purchasing.
