Worst Delivery service and Customer support

This is the complain Against Blue dart for providing misleading information and  Wasting my time, money along with mental and physical harassment.Way Bill: 57980432440 Order No: Order ID - 2983122890 I have bough TV from snap deal and seller sent via Blue dart. Finally shipment arrived to Pune PMC warehouse and online status was "Delivery will be done on next day" So, I called the customer care and request them to hold the courier at warehouse so that I will collect it from there itself. I took Half day leave and went to warehouse. Once I reach there, I have been updated that shipment has been left for delivery. If shipment planned to deliver on same day, they should inform the customer, I talked to Blu dart customer senior executive, She was like most disgusting person I ever spoke with.


Just saying sorry, does it work?  What about the headache given by your lack of coordination. She openly says involve Snap deal into it and do whatever you want to do. For this kind of service, you are advertising and asking customer to buy from you. You also one of them. Just see how many complains are there against Blue Dart and still you prefer them as a shipment partner.


I will bring you and blue dart to consumer court definitely for poor service and mental harassment.
