Hello friends today I want to share one of my experience with the Snapdeal. Once I ordered a temper glass for my phone and when the product god delivered then I saw it was already broken. I contact to customer service but the attitude was very rough and they told me to have patient and wait for few days for processing. I waited for few days but no response had came from them. I mail them again and they said that the time was over for replacing the product.
Product was broken
Customer care gives a rough attitude.
Didnt get refund or replace
Delivery time was 3days late
I frankly didnt like the service as they didnt value my money.
