Snapdeal trustpay is a mess! They claim, 100% money back guarantee, if product not delivered within 10 days. One Month ON! for me and I haven’t received any refund so far.
I placed my order for Epson Printer(TM-T81)on October 26, 2014 and till date(i.e. November 28, 2014) neither I received product, nor did I receive refund. I have been claiming for refund, but I only get to hear, that ’we’ have raised a complaint. They don’t connect me to a manager or supervisor, as they claim there is no manager.There is no 2nd level to reach, even if they are still unable to solve our issue.
Please use COD, instead of online payment- its better to make your money safe.
I will not recommend Snapdeal.
