So I order for this jewelry and then say would be delivered in a week. A week later a delivery person gives me a call and asks where I am available.
Before even I give him instruction to my house, he snaps at me saying hes not familiar with the place so he wants me to go and take it from him where ever he is.
I said I would be more than glad to direct him to my house but he rebelled back saying he doesnt have the time and slams the phone. Its been 3 days since this happened and I have not got my product yet.
1) Delivering on time is a promise. Not doing so breaks the promise.
2) Online Shopping is a service to be provided to the customer. Service is not provided on time and asking the customer to come to a suggested place is very annoying.
3) Its better to deploy delivery executives with road-directions-system knowledge to save both your time and our time of directing them every turn.
