Few days back I bought dell mobile phone of rs 8000 from snapdeal, my order no was 247286369 dated 2011-12-07,
I got the mobile on 11 th dec & mobile screen was not working(that also without any bill) , I registered my complain through email as well as by phone , they replied they will get the resolution within 24 hour and then no response was there , still after registering my complaint 4-5 didnt get the invoice and after 10 days they send invoice of my phone . Then after getting my invoice of phone I went to service center for repairing , dell service center said the mobile is not been sold by dell company so they can not repair my phone , now what should I do ,
After spending my 8000 I got faulty phone and not even the bill , each time I call up sanpdeal they say they will revert back to me. I am fed up of calling them up and sending emails to them.
Please help me so that I can get replaced my new phone .
